Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept return on products which were shipped out by us and if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item or low quality item). And If the product is damaged due to transportation, we will bear the risk of refund!

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

You can Returns within 15 days after receiving the goods..Damaged, contaminated goods can not be returned.

If Not Item Quality Problem, You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Refunds (if applicable)

We will not refund orders during transportation. If you confirm that you do not need the product, you can return the product after receiving it, and then contact us for a refund! You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

If the order has not been received after shipping for more than 60 days, we will refund directly!

About Return Products, Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@vrmetrade.com.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

About Return Address

Please do not return the package to the logistics transit warehouse address on the original package label, because we have multiple warehouse addresses. We will determine the return address based on the returned product. Please contact customer service email support@vrmetrade.com to obtain it.
