Global Shipping (Excluding Russia)
We proudly offer worldwide shipping to a vast majority of countries. Please note that we do not currently ship to Russia. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Order Cut-off Time
All orders placed on Vrmetrade.com are subject to an order cut-off time of 6:00 PM Pacific Time (PT), Los Angeles, USA, daily. Orders received after this time will be processed on the next business day.
Order Processing
Once your order is placed, our team works diligently to process it efficiently. The order processing time is 1 business day. This means that your order will typically be prepared for shipment within one business day after it has been placed.

Free Shipping
Enjoy Free Standard shipping on all orders over $49.99 USD, DHL Express Shipping on all orders over $200 USD! This offer is automatically applied at checkout when your cart meets the minimum requirement. For orders that don't qualify for free shipping, the applicable shipping fees will be calculated and displayed on the checkout page based on your shipping address.
Important Notes:
- Business Days: Please note that "business days" refer to Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Damaged Shipments
We take great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. However, in the rare event that your shipment arrives damaged, please follow these steps:
- Inspect Upon Arrival: Before signing for your package, if possible, inspect the contents for any visible damage. If you notice significant damage to the packaging, you may refuse the shipment or make a note of the damage with the delivery driver.
- Document Damage Immediately: If you accept a damaged package, please take clear photos of the damaged packaging and the damaged item(s) immediately upon opening.
- Contact Us Promptly: You must report any shipping damage to Vrmetrade.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please send an email to [Your Customer Support Email Address] with your order number, a description of the damage, and the photos you took.
- Retention of Packaging: Please retain all original packaging materials, including the box, packing slips, and any protective wrapping, as these may be required for the carrier's damage claim investigation.
We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible. Failure to report damage within the specified timeframe may impact our ability to process a claim on your behalf.
Customs Duties and Import Taxes (International Orders)
For all international orders (outside the United States), please be aware that customs duties, import taxes, value-added taxes (VAT), brokerage fees, and other charges may be levied by the destination country's customs authorities.
- Recipient Responsibility: These charges are solely the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost displayed on Vrmetrade.com.
- Prior to Purchase: We strongly recommend that you contact your local customs office or tax authority in your country to determine what additional costs you may incur before placing your order. Vrmetrade.com has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
- Refused Shipments: If an international order is refused by the recipient due to customs duties or import taxes, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any return shipping charges, and any additional fees incurred by Vrmetrade.com to retrieve the package. A refund for the merchandise will only be issued once the item is safely returned to our facility, minus all applicable charges.
Sales Tax
For your convenience, the price you see for each product on Vrmetrade.com already includes any applicable sales tax. The total price displayed at checkout will be the final price you pay, with no additional sales tax added.
Shipping Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
- Address Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate, including apartment or suite numbers, to avoid any delivery delays or issues. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly or incompletely provided addresses. Any additional costs incurred due to an incorrect address (e.g., re-shipping fees) will be the responsibility of the customer.
- Delivery Delays: While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, unforeseen circumstances beyond our control may occasionally cause delays. These can include, but are not limited to, extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, public holidays, carrier service disruptions, customs clearance delays, or peak season volume. Vrmetrade.com is not responsible for delivery delays caused by external factors.
- Loss or Theft After Delivery: Once a package has been marked as "delivered" by the shipping carrier to the address provided, Vrmetrade.com is no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend ensuring a secure delivery location. If you suspect your package has been stolen after delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly and file a police report if necessary.
- Unclaimed/Refused Packages: Packages that are unclaimed by the recipient or refused delivery (for reasons other than damage) and are returned to Vrmetrade.com, we don't charge re-stocking fee, but the original shipping charges will not be refunded. Re-shipping of such orders will require additional shipping fees to be paid by the customer.
